Penguin Chat 3 (PC3) is the third installment to the Penguin Chat series. It was released in 2003. Rocketsnail Games is the creator of PC3.
Features In Penguin Chat 3:
Ninja: In Penguin Chat 3 you could play as a ninja. To play as a ninja you had to click on the "n" on the "select a penguin color"
Construction Worker: In Penguin Chat 3 you could play as a construction worker. To play as a construction worker you had to click on the hook of the crane in the sky (behind the fence at the back) in the snowfields
Toolbar: The toolbar on Penguin Chat 3 had even more buttons then the current one on Club Penguin
Accounts: You could also create an account like on Club Penguin
Differences From Club Penguin:
Penguins: Penguins in Penguin Chat 3 are quite different then the penguins currently on Club Penguin
Igloos: In Penguin Chat 3 penguins didn't own their own igloo however there was a public igloo
Membership: There was no membership in Penguin Chat 3
